Intellectual Property and Copyright Protection

The Golden Valley simulator, including its underlying case study, financial decision architecture, calculation algorithms, user interface and all associated teaching materials, is exclusive intellectual property protected by legal registration.

Access to the platform is intended solely for use for the purposes of the simulation. Any user or entity is expressly prohibited from:

1. Copying, reproducing or plagiarising the storyline, data or structure of the case study.
2. Replicating the simulation mechanics, accounting models and underlying algorithms.
3. Decompiling (reverse engineering) or extracting data from the software.
4. Using any part of this system to develop competing tools or commercial or academic derivatives.

Any infringement of these rights will be subject to legal proceedings under copyright and industrial property law.
